Love it when new things come in. Saw some MM Vintage Findings on a website recently - any chance of them making an appearance? Wish we had a truly great junk shop here - there are several of those charity places (Vinnies, Red Cross, LifeLine, Salvation Army, Endeavour) but some of them are becoming surprisingly expensive & most of their stuff is much more modern than I'm keen to find. There is also a book shop that sells old books & magazines but again it's fairly expensive, considering I just want stuff to cut up. Must admit, I still struggle with cutting up a junk book. Was interested to hear Marg say the shop kept a large jar of buttons - I'd love to find something like that in a junk shop, someone's old button box with buttons of all kinds. Has anyone tried to get the backs off the buttons? The plastic type snap off fairly easily with DH's pliers but the metal ones can be a bit of a problem. I don't mind lumpy bumpy LOs but sometimes they sit just a bit too high for comfort.

yes the the MM papers Judy, as soon as I can get them I will have them.
I have always loved buttons, sometimes you can find them in op-shops. I just cut the backs off with pliers. Sometimes you will have to glue the button together after though, the bit that goes through is what holds it all together.

Lots of new prina bling centres and flowers, tim holtz metal bits...actually lots of new stuff today....won't get time until tomorrow afternoon to get anything onto the shop though....vet's class again in the morning.
Also just had a note to say that AT LAST...the cuttlebug lace tree embossing folders are on their way to me.

Some of the lovely ladies are just coming out to play this morning...after I get home from shopping for food....boring!! but am old mother hubbard at the moment...nothing in the house and my Dad is coming tomorrow for a week.
He hasn't seen the barracks yet...lol...might not stay the week once he sees them.

Oh no, new Prima! I've just sent in my order for the new kit & didn't think to look at the What's New section. Looks like I'll have to go back & check it out.
